PRAVIDLÁ
1. Entrants will be assigned to a table and seat through a random selection.
2. The Tournament Staff are to consider the best interest of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision making process. Unusual circumstances can on occasion dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules. The Tournament Director reserves the right to overrule any floor decision.
3. The Tournament Staff reserves the right to cancel or alter any event at its sole discretion in the best interest of the casino or its players.
4. A player must be at his or her seat by the time all players have been dealt complete initial hands to have a live hand.
5. Tournament play will use the dead button rule.
6. All cards will be turned face up once a player is all-in and action is complete.
7. Players may not disclose the contents of live or folded hands, advise or criticize play before the action is completed.
8. Deck changes will be on the dealer push, players may not ask for a deck change unless a card is damaged.
9. When time has elapsed in a round and a new round is announced by a member of the tournament staff, the new limits apply to the next hand. A hand begins with the new riffle.
10. Players must keep their highest denomination chips visible at all times.
11. Verbal declarations are binding.
12. All chips must be visible at all times. Players may not conceal their chips in any way or the chips may come out of play.
13. Play will halt at any table that is at least 3 players short. Players will be moved to balance tables from the big blind and moved into the worst position at the new table
14. There is no cap on the number of raises in no-limit games.
15. If a dealer kills an unprotected hand, the player will have no redress and will not be entitled to his or her money back.
16. A dealer cannot kill a winning hand that was tabled and obviously the winning hand.
17. One player per hand. Soft play will result in penalties.
18. At the showdown the player who made the last aggressive action must show first.
19. Dealers will be responsible for calling string bets/raises.
20. Players must act in turn at all times. Action out of turn may or may not be binding, depending on whether or not the action changes when it gets back to that player.
21. All chips put into the pot in turn must stay in the pot.
22. Upon nearing the “money’, a ‘hand for hand’ process will be used to determine the players placement within the prize pool. If two players are eliminated during the same hand they will split the appropriate prizes.
23. Players may call for a clock on another player once a reasonable amount of time has passed. The player will then get a one-minute countdown from the tournament staff to act on his hand. Only players dealt in may call for a clock.
24. Tournament Staff can assess a verbal warning, one-round or multiple round penalties up to and including disqualification for any infractions. A player who is disqualified shall have his or her chips removed from play and no refund will be provided to that disqualified player.
25. Player or staff abuse will not be tolerated. A player will incur a penalty up to and including disqualification for any abuse towards another player or staff member, and the player could be asked to leave the property. Repeated etiquette violations will also result in penalties.
26. When a situation arises that is not covered by these rules, the Tournament Staff will have the sole authority to render a judgment.
Pravidlá pokru - základy
Fold - Ak ste s kartami nespokojný a nechcete dorovnať stávku protivníka - dáte fold.
Check - Znamená pokračovať v hre aj bez dorovnania. Ak si myslíte že nemáte karty na navýšenie banku a zároveň hráči pred vami nenavýšili oproti vašej stávke môžete zostať v hre - spravíte tzv. Check.
Bet - Ak nikto pred vami nenavysil, môžete tak urobiť vy tak, že vložíte peniaze do banku.
Call - Je dorovnanie stávky protihráča.
Raise - Je navýšenie stávky protihráča.
Big Blind - Big Blind musí dať hráč sediaci 2 miesta za rozdávajúcim hráčom, väčšinou ide o 2-násobok Small Blindu.
Small Blind - Musí dať hráč sediaci na 1 miesto za rozdávajúcim a prekvapujúco :) je to väčšinou polovička z toho čo dá hráč sediaci na Big Blinde.
Button - Pred Small a Big Blindom teda sedí rozdávajúci hráč, ktorý je označený buttnom (button má zväčša tvar žetónu a je položený na stole pred rozdávajúcim hráčom).
Ante - Je typ povinnej stávky, ktorý dávajú všetci hráči v pokročilých štádiách turnajov. Ide oproti BB o zanedbateľnú sumu.
Výherné kombinácie
Royal Flush - Ak máte postupku v jednej farbe od 10 po A, čiže 10-J-Q-K-A kludne stavte všetko čo máte. Je to totiž neporaziteľná kombinácia. Ja osobne som mal Royal iba jeden-krát v živote.
Straight Flush - Akákoľvek iná farebná postupka, napríklad 7-8-9-10-J v srdciach.
4 of a Kind - U nás tiež volaný "Poker". 4 karty jednej hodnoty. Napríklad: 9-9-9-9-A.
Full House - 3 karty jednej hodnoty a ďalšie 2 karty inej rovnakej hodnoty. Napríklad: 7-7-7-5-5 alebo 10-10-10-A-A.
Flush - Farba - 5 kariet z jednej farby. Ak sa stane, že majú dvaja hráči flush, vyhráva ten kto má vyššiu kartu z tej farby.
Straight - Je to postupka zložená z 5 kariet, pričom nie sú z jednej farby. Napríklad: 8-9-10-J-Q. Voláme ju tiež špinavá postupka.
3 of a Kind - 3 karty rovnakej hodnoty. Napríklad K-K-K-7-9 alebo Q-Q-Q-6-A
Two Pair - 2 páry. Sú to dve dvojice, ktoré majú rovnaké hodnoty. Napríklad 5-5-6-6-A alebo J-J-K-K-10
Pair - Jedna dvojica rovnakej hodnoty. Napríklad: 10-10-7-8-K
High Card- Ak nemá nik ani jednu z uvedených kombinácií, vyhráva hráč s vyššou kartou.
Kicker- Pri výherných kombináciách treba ešte spomenúť tzv. Kickera. Je to karta, ktorá rozhoduje pri hre, keď majú obaja hráči napríklad rovnaké 2 páre, trojicu, a pod. Príklad: ak prvý hráč má 8-8-7-7-J a druhý hráč 8-8-7-7-K vyhráva hráč druhý, ktorý má vyššieho kickera. V tomto prípade K.
